Policy Implementation

Staff are responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements;

Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy will be set, determined, and monitored at management review.

 

The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives.

 

We are all committed to operating continuously to this standard and we will maintain the necessary quality approvals consistently with our customer requirements. Our company will constantly review and improve on our services to ensure tasks are completed in the most cost-effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers.

Quality Assurance

It is the policy of Original Trading & Contracting Co. to execute its operations at all times to international standards, meeting agreed clients' quality requirements therefore Original Trading & Contracting Co. implements a documented procedure system to ensure that specified activities are inspected and verified according to the quality control procedures. Responsibility for each control task is clearly identified and recorded. Defined inspections and verifications are made at all stages of works, as per approved inspection test plans. Verifications are recorded in a specified manner. Execution and quality control procedures are suitably drawn up in order to meet the quality requirements in compliance with the contract documents execution and quality control procedures are made available to the relevant recipients.
